Your Role & Responsibilities:
– Lead the creation of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for key Home Life categories.
– Drive demand generation through the creation of category campaigns and assets, integrated into impactfull category playbooks.
– Deliver a strong development of value propositions for the category, together with the consumer insights manager and the proposition managers.
– Manage and report the Home Life marketing budget.
– Coordinate the E2E marketing activities for the category, from consumer insights to proposition USP and assets, in line with the validated consumer CDJ.
– Minimum HBO (or local equivalent) in communications, marketing or business or equivalent work experience
– 10-12 years experience in Marketing roles
– Fluent in English
– Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
