The Marketing Communications department is end-to-end responsible for the development, implementation & rollout of multi-channel campaigns to dealers and customers. This includes the development and execution of a retail customer loyalty program, lead generation campaigns and product promotions on behalf of dealers.

These campaigns are based on customer intelligence, being relevant for each target audience throughout the lifecycle of the vehicle and include magazines, email marketing campaigns, social media and digital marketing. Campaigns should be data driven with a strong focus on achieving the pre-defined goals and creating a tangible return on investment. The department is also responsible for the communication programs to our dealer network, including information about new developments and wholesale product promotions.
Goals and responsibilities
As Marketing Campaign Manager you report to the Manager Campaign Management and have the following responsibilities:
– You manage and coordinate complex retail and dealer campaigns.
– You align with stakeholders, set campaign goals, create briefings for external agencies and make sure campaigns meet the campaign objectives, and are managed within time and budget.
– You make sure your campaigns contribute to the PPE marketing and sales targets, analyze campaign results and further improve your campaigns.
– You maintain a close relationship with Sales, Dealers and Customers, make sure that current and future business needs are identified and met.
– You are responsible for specific Marketing Communication channels, which means generating ideas for improvements for your channels, keep the overall overview on activities within yourchannels and support other team members with channel related questions.

– You have a bachelor or master degree in marketing.
– You have over four years of campaign management experience.
– You are able to understand customer needs and translate them into business requirements. You are able to think from a customer perspective.
– You are pro-active, self-starting and you can make things happen.
– You have strong communication skills and are able to write and present fluently in English.
