Are you the type of person that never forgets about plans? Do your organisational skills go through the roof and do you thrive on well-filled, airtight agendas? Do you always know what someone is trying to say  before they’ve even finished their…? Ok, that one was easy. You might be faced with a bit more complex challenges, working as a Project Manager at Boomerang. But it’s a whole lot of fun, too! Project Managers are the backbone of Boomerang Agency. You are the connection between the agency, the client and other external parties. You make sure work gets done so the client gets what he needs – on time and within budget. You are constantly multi-tasking and communicating with several layers of the organisation. On a strategic level, you consult clients and are a sparring partner to them. It’s a diverse job, but still, there are some returning elements. The most important one is having fun with the team. But Project Managers like a little structure, so we’ve made a list of your most important responsibilities:

As a Project Manager at Boomerang, you have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. in a digital agency or for a brand). You’re available for 32-40 hours a week and you have a relevant bachelor’s degree. So, that’s it for the practical stuff. But, who are you?  You have a proven track record of commercial clients/projects and have worked with multi-disciplinary teams before. You are comfortable consulting clients and brainstorming with them: you are a strategic decision maker. Organise is your second name and by being an organiser, you keep an overview and find please in doing so. Next to that, you’re proactive, responsible, solution-oriented and independent. Social Media has no secrets to you and you know how it works. Besides that, you’re commercially minded.

  • Leads large multi-disciplinary teams for (international) clients, working towards the delivery of state-of-the-art social assets and/or campaigns;
  • You will lead and oversee (digital) projects in all phases, from briefing to delivery;
  • You are the connection between the agency, the client and other external stakeholders;
  • You will represent Boomerang to the client and are able to consult and brainstorm with them;
  • You are in touch with the client and external parties and make sure we receive all necessary input from them;
  • You will coach, work together and oversee an intern and Junior Project Manager; you love to transfer your knowledge, experience and hacks. Meaning; you will help them grow professionally.
  • You schedule a team of Creatives, Strategist, Designers etc and regularly check-up on them.

Over de klus
Je bouwt van een steady team. Je bent ondersteuning en de rechterhand voor de huidige AD. Je bent lead op de verschillende global projecten.

Deliverables:
Er moet even rust in het team komen en een duidelijk manier van werken. Er lopen op dit moment 3 tot 4 projecten die waarbij jij als senior projectmanager de lead neemt.
